The Natural Colon Cleanse
Dual-Action Cleanse is the ultimate colon cleanse formula available on the market today. The idea behind a colon cleanse process is to eliminate the toxins which have built up in your digestive system. The detoxification processes of a colon cleanser treatment are so important to maintaining a healthy balance in your body that many doctors consider it to be a key to personal wellness.*
Dual-Action Cleanse's formula is specifically designed to help the body rid itself of accumulated waste such as mucous and undigested matter that can become built up in the colon.* Eliminating this waste prevents toxins from being absorbed by your body and gives you a sense of increased energy.* Some of the other potential benefits of a colon cleansing may include a decrease in gas or bloating, more radiant skin and hair, and an overall trimmer appearance.*
The natural herbal formula of Dual-Action Cleanse has changed hundreds of thousands of people's lives by cleansing the digestive tract of harmful toxins.* Your body will function at its very best so you can look forward to feelings of increased energy and vitality.*
Colon Clear Formula
Slow infrequent bowel movements may cause fatigue, bloating and overall sluggish feeling. Colon Clear contains a proprietary blend of 22 fibers and herbs to enhance peristaltic action and support your digestive function (promoting 2-3 bowel movements per day). This natural action tones and cleanses the colon while eliminating unnecessary toxic build-up. Colon Clear delivers such ingredients as Psyllium, Alfalfa, Pau D'Arco, Oat Bran, and Lactobacillus Acidophilus in a proprietary blend to enhance elimination of built up toxins and waste matter. Colon Clear should be taken every 30-days, followed by a 30-day "break," and is not intended to be taken on a constant basis.*

Q: How long does Dual-Action Cleanse take to work?
A: The formula should begin to help increase the frequency of your bowel movements within the first week or so.* You will notice your bowel movements becoming more consistent and comfortable.* You may also begin to feel trimmer, less bloated and notice more energy within the first week.*
Q: Can I take Dual-Action Cleanse if I am taking medications or other supplements?
A: While our researchers are not aware of any adverse interactions between Dual-Action Cleanse and drugs or other supplements, it is always best to consult with your doctor or health professional regarding such questions. Since the formula affects the digestive system, make sure that you consult with your physician if you are currently taking medications or are being treated for a medical condition, especially any digestive disorders.
Q: Will my bowel movements or stool change in appearance when taking Dual-Action Cleanse?
A: Yes, this is perfectly normal. Most people observe that their stool may have a different color or change in shape and consistency during the cleanse. If your stool is wellformed and tends to float, then you know that the formula is beginning to work.
Q: Can I take Dual-Action Cleanse while pregnant or nursing?
A: DO NOT use this product while pregnant or nursing.
Q: Can young children take this product?
A: Dual-Action Cleanse is not suitable for children under the age of 18.
Q: Will Dual-Action Cleanse have me running to the bathroom all the time?
A: The gentle cleansing process should not interrupt your daily life.* During the first few days taking the formula, you may experience more frequent bowel movements as your body gets rid of built-up waste material.* Dual-Action Cleanse can help you feel light, energetic and trim.* In contrast to typical laxatives (which cause loose, watery stools as they liquefy the contents of your bowels), Dual-Action Cleanse gently stimulates the digestive process.*
Q:Is there anything else I need to know about Dual-Action Cleanse?
A: The product contains Cascara sagrada which belongs to a family of plants containing compounds that have laxative effects. Because of this, it is important to follow all package instructions and warnings regarding this product. With continual longterm use of more than 30 days at one time, Cascara sagrada may lead to dependence or could interfere with diagnostic imaging procedures of the colon. When used as directed, Dual-Action Cleanse is designed to naturally support the detoxification and elimination pathways of the body.
1. Drink plenty of water. Eight to ten glasses a day helps to keep toxins moving through the body, making them less likely to collect in the bowels. Fluids also soften stool, helping to prevent constipation.
2. Cut down on alcohol. Try to stick to one drink (women) or two drinks (men) a day, maximum. Alcohol can inflame your stomach lining and make key digestive muscles sluggish.
3. Eat moderate portions. Skipping meals can lead to excessive hunger, which then results in overeating and stress to your digestive system.
4. Don't skip meals. Large meals may overburden digestion, since your body has a limited capacity to produce digestive enzymes. Try five to six smaller meals a day, rather than two or three large ones.
5. Relax while you eat. When you're calm, you tend to chew your food more completely and your digestive muscles contract and relax normally. That means they'll be more apt to keep harmful toxins moving out of your body.
6. Get regular exercise. All it takes is a brief 20 to 30-minute brisk walk a day. Sustained physical activity stimulates your intestinal muscles, helping push waste through more efficiently.
7. Avoid tobacco. Nicotine from cigarettes, pipes, cigars and smokeless tobacco can increase acidity in your stomach, causing digestive discomfort.
8. Use medications cautiously. They can slow your digestive and elimination processes. Narcotic painkillers (like codeine, Vicodin® and similar drugs) can cause nausea and constipation, as can many blood pressure drugs. Follow your doctor's directions if you are taking medications, and talk to your doctor about the best ways to avoid these side effects.

Comments about this video: thats true for cheap non stick pans cause they're coated but professional grade pans have it in the alloy. I can't believe that I'm watching this xD here in my country (Dominican Republic) we export plantains for all over the world and I was shocked when I knew that in lot of places people just dump yellow plantains (yes, that's how they're called here translation to Spanish "Platano amarillo" no sweet plantains "platano dulce") and actually if you people didn't know, you can prepare desserts with it! it's really delicious!
Woa. I eat these totally diffrent lmao. I saute them in melted butter on a pan, till they are the same color and texture as yours, then i drizzle on top some condensed milk. And sometimes i add nutella lol oh gosh i want some now. I have re-discovered "PLANTAINS" at my fortys in Belgium, Europe, after having some reluctance to the fruit! It seemed like an unappetiting kind of fruit, until a filipina friend of mine kept talking about "baloy" - or a sort of banana in the Philippines! This "baloy" is another sort of banana which is used for boiling, and I never really liked it as a child, until I rediscovered the taste, having to fry them with oil! Now, I can't live without it anymore - this "plantain"!As a Southerner, it hurts my ears to hear the poor food pronounced as a "plan-tane"--with accent on the second syllable, even!!! Please, talk to a Jamaican, Cuban...anyone from a country where they are actually grown...or even a Brit! "Plan-ten," as in Mountain!! Sorry, had to get this off my chest. This is excellent. Love it. This is like the national dish of Venezuela, one of the most traditional things to eat there. Its called Pabellon con Barandas there, and it has many variations. Love it! Thanks Chef John! :D.
LOL, it looks almost like a 'cucur pisang' / 'cekodok' in our country (Malaysia)..but we didnt fry the sliced bananas just d way it is.we coat it with some regular batter using plain flour, water and a pinch of salt and sugar to taste, and deep fry it.some like to top it with grated parmesan cheese.n we usually serve it with hot-sauce dip or just normal chilli sauce, as one might prefer.it's crispy n delicious.u shud try to make one :).
Chef John, THANK YOU for putting me on to plantains. I've made them several times since seeing this video, and I'm kind of obsessed with them now. Plus, my nutritionist friend tells me they're very good for you!
Yes, thanks for the tip Chef John. Next time when my mom tells me to not play with my food, I'll say, " But Mom, Chef John told me to." Hehe...Look out mother. -w-.
I don't think you can buy them in Poland :( Bananas are bananas are bananas, I don't know what variety they serve us in stores :P They probably don't know themselves. In mexico theyre sweet and delicious fried with some cream and cheese :9 also is an ingredient for some kinds of mole. Everyone in the Caribbean cuts their like this... I am Haitian, we fry them, take them out press it really hard about half a centimeter, refry it, take it out sprinkle on some sea salt and then we enjoy it. Other ways to prepare it is just to broil it in water and serve it up with a delicious broiled saucy spicy red snapper or cod dish.Actually, the green ones are really good. I cut them to round slices then fry them and eat them with salt. And the yellow ones are equally as good with melted cheese. LOL all you people who think plantains and bananas are the same thing should try sinking your teeth into a plantain..especially one that isnt very ripe...i guarantee you will never been mistaken again. he said its a plantain. Go google it if you want the whole shebang of why they are different than bananas. They taste a little different than bananas. Bananas are soft and sweet. Plantains can be sweet but they are starchy, starchy as in like thick like a potato.well actually in some countries plantains are called bananas, but with other name (not the universally known banana). I personally think they're of the same family though. They might be called the same thing in some countries; but the point remains, they are not the same. Try peeling a plantain with your hands or eating one raw the same way you would with a banana. :D.
Hey Chef John, Chef Holly here... I am so glad you said wait for the plantains to get Dark... I wait for mine to get Black b/f I fry them... Thanks so much for this one... I am so sick of ppl making unsweetened tasteless plantains b/c they just don't know to wait for them to turn Dark... Great job... I love fried plantains... my family comes from a tropical region and I grew up on them! Thanks for the video and spreading the word :). Chef john should try making an omelette with those fried plantains and add cheese on it... really nice... But Gordon Ramsay said "never turn your food more than once!"...I'm so at war with myself right now! Hmm.. I don't know why, but your voice reminds me of Chris from the Elevator Show. Yes, it was random. Take it as a compliment. :). Plantains Fritters are just superb! our Family likes to make Fritters using Plantains apart from banana fritters. Growing up in Trinidad my grandma and my mother used to make these as a side dish, so to speak, for stewed chicken dishes along with split pea rice and some cold and creamy coleslaw. We usually give them a light dusting of flour and brown sugar before frying. I have to say that was the least oil I have ever seen a plantain fried in. O.O.
Chef John! Thanks so much for making this vid! I live in Panama, and this is a typical side dish. If its not there, it will be pretty much missing! We call them Tajadas, and we cut them just like you showed here :) We also cook them in honey and call them Platanos en Tentacion (Plantains in Temptation~) It was so nice to see this on your channel. rice and fried bananas?? in thailand we commonly have those but at least we NEVER have them together in a dish! Ugh...wonder why alton Brown didn't make a show about Plantains. But did he? have not seen all the episodes yet. mmm good!!! i love it!! you can try the green ones too is what we call in P.R. Tostones...sooooo Good!! I just made this for lunch and WOW!! It was truly amazing and delicious, yet so simple to make. Thanks for the idea!!. I'm dominican we eat this sweet plantains all the time ,but we do fry them with more oil, and we often eat it with fry salami, ooh and we also eat fry green plantains lovee itt. The white chocolate would overpower the flavor of the sweet plantain anyways. It's like putting ketchup on eggs. White chocolate is to sweet to add to a sweet plantain. You want to taste the balance between the flavors of the oil and the natural sugars of the plantain (sweet and salty goodness). What's the point of masking it?Nope because the rice is not on point. The rice has to be just as flavorful as anything else you're serving. The rice is of up most importance if you want to truly get the full experience. Be as creative as you like but don't forget the spirit of the food you are preparing. One love. The angled cut is how a lot of Peruvian cooks do it. Although they salt them and eat them like potato chips. (more savory). In India we fry them in clarified butter and sprinkle sugar at the end and let it caramelize for a minute. Yummy snack! there are several varieties of bananas, plaintain is the name of this variety. There are also baby bananas and red bananas at most grocery stores. Plantains and bananas do look very similar, but are very different in their tastes - plantains are a vegetable and are very starchy, while bananas are a fruit and much sweeter. I'm not sure about other countries, but in Indonesia, we specifically use plantains - bananas would not work as well and would not give you the same outcome. We do not eat them (called Pisang goreng in my country) with rice, but each to their own I suppose. Although they look extremely similar, plantains and bananas are actually very different. They have different flavors and textures, and therefore are used in varying ways/recipes. Just because they look the same on the outside, does not mean that they are the same on the inside :] (Both are incredibly delicious, though!). NO you fail... they are not the same thing... they may come from the same faimly but are defiantly not the same.. u can not eat plantains when raw thus makin it not a banana u have to cook it... n bananas are sweeter than plantains so once again you fail.FAILURE i dnt care how many ppl agree with their little thumbs up u FAIL. go to africa n learn something coz obviously where ever u live is making u fail. Of course...but please remember the darker the plaintain the sweeter and softer it is. I should know from personal experience.
: You could! You could fry it with sugar, wait 'till it caramelizes; or you could boil it with water and sugar until the liquid turns syrupy. You can eat it on its own, or use it as you please. That's what we do where I come from. =).
I used to eat these things constantly. There was a great Mexican restaurant I would go to when I lived in South Florida and they'd serve these as a side with most of their dishes. Loved 'em, but never thought to make them myself. I just tried to fry one up myself and... I think I got it too under-ripe, 'cause it tasted completely like a potato. So... I have another one I'll let ripen a bit more before I try again. This is so brazilian with white rice and black beans! And here in Brazil we call these things bananas. :D. In Holland we call it a 'Bakbanaan.' Indonesian people make 'pisang goreng' or 'fried banana in a coating' with it. :). John you just have self contradicted yourself; if I remember correctly there is one video that you doing some chicken BBQ, and you said "Don't F*** with you food, only turn it once." Of course I'm paraphrasing.any recommendations for a black-bean alternative. i like the idea of putting something on rice, but HATE black beans.try white beans or red beans or green beans. NOT BLUE BEANS though. Chef John used black beans because plaintains and black beans are both hallmarks of Cuban cuisine. yea u vould try some brown beans or some fried white or yellow Dominican or any type of Latin cheese.
Wow! You have completely blown me away with this. I always knew how aware you are about international recipe but never expected this one. I am dominican and this is what we do as a side dish like the video. You are absolutely right about advices you give. I am going to send you a msg with recipes we do there in the caribbean that you might know. Take care and again! YOU ARE THE BEST! oh and I did those arepas and I tried putting like 2 tablespoons in the dough and they turned out so amazing! They're related to bananas, but stay starchy even when they're completely ripe, instead of getting soft. They're a commonly known as "cooking banana". You could, but it won't taste the same. Plantains have a taste different than bananas. Also, they're a bit different in texture, firmer. That's why he had to cut the plantain the way he did. Just buy two. Try one green and the other ripe. Look for an arañitas recipe. It's like making hashbrowns and doesn't taste too far off. Tostones are good too. you are awesome! I tried it at home, plus I added some brown sugar to the oil before frying the bananas. It was sooooo goood! thank you!
