The Natural Colon Cleanse
Dual-Action Cleanse is the ultimate colon cleanse formula available on the market today. The idea behind a colon cleanse process is to eliminate the toxins which have built up in your digestive system. The detoxification processes of a colon cleanser treatment are so important to maintaining a healthy balance in your body that many doctors consider it to be a key to personal wellness.*
Dual-Action Cleanse's formula is specifically designed to help the body rid itself of accumulated waste such as mucous and undigested matter that can become built up in the colon.* Eliminating this waste prevents toxins from being absorbed by your body and gives you a sense of increased energy.* Some of the other potential benefits of a colon cleansing may include a decrease in gas or bloating, more radiant skin and hair, and an overall trimmer appearance.*
The natural herbal formula of Dual-Action Cleanse has changed hundreds of thousands of people's lives by cleansing the digestive tract of harmful toxins.* Your body will function at its very best so you can look forward to feelings of increased energy and vitality.*
Colon Clear Formula
Slow infrequent bowel movements may cause fatigue, bloating and overall sluggish feeling. Colon Clear contains a proprietary blend of 22 fibers and herbs to enhance peristaltic action and support your digestive function (promoting 2-3 bowel movements per day). This natural action tones and cleanses the colon while eliminating unnecessary toxic build-up. Colon Clear delivers such ingredients as Psyllium, Alfalfa, Pau D'Arco, Oat Bran, and Lactobacillus Acidophilus in a proprietary blend to enhance elimination of built up toxins and waste matter. Colon Clear should be taken every 30-days, followed by a 30-day "break," and is not intended to be taken on a constant basis.*

Q: How long does Dual-Action Cleanse take to work?
A: The formula should begin to help increase the frequency of your bowel movements within the first week or so.* You will notice your bowel movements becoming more consistent and comfortable.* You may also begin to feel trimmer, less bloated and notice more energy within the first week.*
Q: Can I take Dual-Action Cleanse if I am taking medications or other supplements?
A: While our researchers are not aware of any adverse interactions between Dual-Action Cleanse and drugs or other supplements, it is always best to consult with your doctor or health professional regarding such questions. Since the formula affects the digestive system, make sure that you consult with your physician if you are currently taking medications or are being treated for a medical condition, especially any digestive disorders.
Q: Will my bowel movements or stool change in appearance when taking Dual-Action Cleanse?
A: Yes, this is perfectly normal. Most people observe that their stool may have a different color or change in shape and consistency during the cleanse. If your stool is wellformed and tends to float, then you know that the formula is beginning to work.
Q: Can I take Dual-Action Cleanse while pregnant or nursing?
A: DO NOT use this product while pregnant or nursing.
Q: Can young children take this product?
A: Dual-Action Cleanse is not suitable for children under the age of 18.
Q: Will Dual-Action Cleanse have me running to the bathroom all the time?
A: The gentle cleansing process should not interrupt your daily life.* During the first few days taking the formula, you may experience more frequent bowel movements as your body gets rid of built-up waste material.* Dual-Action Cleanse can help you feel light, energetic and trim.* In contrast to typical laxatives (which cause loose, watery stools as they liquefy the contents of your bowels), Dual-Action Cleanse gently stimulates the digestive process.*
Q:Is there anything else I need to know about Dual-Action Cleanse?
A: The product contains Cascara sagrada which belongs to a family of plants containing compounds that have laxative effects. Because of this, it is important to follow all package instructions and warnings regarding this product. With continual longterm use of more than 30 days at one time, Cascara sagrada may lead to dependence or could interfere with diagnostic imaging procedures of the colon. When used as directed, Dual-Action Cleanse is designed to naturally support the detoxification and elimination pathways of the body.
1. Drink plenty of water. Eight to ten glasses a day helps to keep toxins moving through the body, making them less likely to collect in the bowels. Fluids also soften stool, helping to prevent constipation.
2. Cut down on alcohol. Try to stick to one drink (women) or two drinks (men) a day, maximum. Alcohol can inflame your stomach lining and make key digestive muscles sluggish.
3. Eat moderate portions. Skipping meals can lead to excessive hunger, which then results in overeating and stress to your digestive system.
4. Don't skip meals. Large meals may overburden digestion, since your body has a limited capacity to produce digestive enzymes. Try five to six smaller meals a day, rather than two or three large ones.
5. Relax while you eat. When you're calm, you tend to chew your food more completely and your digestive muscles contract and relax normally. That means they'll be more apt to keep harmful toxins moving out of your body.
6. Get regular exercise. All it takes is a brief 20 to 30-minute brisk walk a day. Sustained physical activity stimulates your intestinal muscles, helping push waste through more efficiently.
7. Avoid tobacco. Nicotine from cigarettes, pipes, cigars and smokeless tobacco can increase acidity in your stomach, causing digestive discomfort.
8. Use medications cautiously. They can slow your digestive and elimination processes. Narcotic painkillers (like codeine, Vicodin® and similar drugs) can cause nausea and constipation, as can many blood pressure drugs. Follow your doctor's directions if you are taking medications, and talk to your doctor about the best ways to avoid these side effects.

Comments about this video: This method works! Got loads of seedlings growing in just a few weeks, amazing! When do I transplant the seedlings to a pots? Please advise. Thanks ParadiseTech.$1.50 a lb here in New Orleans. I have 4 trees that are just starting to produce fruit, and plenty more small ones. As far as seeds... you can clip the jelly like covering, and they will germinate MUCH faster. I have seen seedlings in less than a week at times if you take the cover off. I had put a lot of seeds in a compost heap, some of them started sprouting months later if you dont take the cover off.Because of your video I planted some seeds 11 days ago. This was way to easy to start. I now have 12 seedlings popping up. And I'm sure more to come. Thanks.OK this was posted back in 2009. What ever happened to checking back in a week or so, WTF ? What is / was your average time for the seeds to sprout ?2 christianz2010 - No you need to have a male plant within 10 miles of the female plants. Some people have asked about fresh vs dried. In nature the plant drops the fruit, it decays and the fresh wet seeds are absorbed into the soil. This is how nature intended it, so that is the way I do it. Not to say that dried may work better or worse. I just use fresh. My trees are still producing massive quantites of fruit. I plant new every year. Thanks for watching!haha, i know what hand pollinating, but i hope you know that not all plants can be hand pollinated, only those who got both male and female in one flower can be hand pollinated, there are plants and mostly trees that require a male and female, those who got male and female in one flower are self pollinating, because they can pollinate them-self, my question was not "how to hand pollinate" this i know, the question was "are they self pollinating? ".Cut a papaya today for my students. I thought you were supposed to dry out the seeds. So you don't. Just plop them wet into the soil? Then water?Cool stuff, Is it better to remove the seeds from the slimy shell or will they not germinate without it ? How long does it take from seed to fruit ? Also what is the germination rate, you have soo many seeds dumped in a container, do you get like a 100 sprouts? lol. Thanks for the video. How do they fare through the cooler months in S FL? I'm in Palm Beach Gardens and have just transfered mine from pot to soil. I'm a little paranoid about these cooler temps coming in the next couple months though. Guess I'll just have to find out!2 Karachi for best fruit size grow male and female papaya and polinate them manually tahn results are amazing, to get some big fruits keep 10 15 fruits at a time on stem to get the 2 -4 lbs weight Papaya. You may cut down the male papaya after few days of pollination to female tree.I always let my seeds dry beforehand. I guess I'll be trying to plant them without letting the seeds dry beforehand. I'm in Central Fl. and I've got quite a variety of trees here. There will be a rally to get genetically engineered/modified organisms labeled on 3/26/11 from 11am-2pm at the Open Air Bandshell Theatre on Hollywood Beach Boardwalk 100 Johnson Street and North Ocean Drive/A1A Hollywood Beach, FL Come see Dr. Lynn Lafferty speak Listen to great music!!! Go to "Rally for the Right to Know" on facebook for more info. Type "Millions Against Monsanto Campaign 2011" in the youtube search. Go to the "organicconsumers" website to sign petitions. Easy enough. We're down in the Keys and I transplanted 9 "good size" trees yesterday grown from some seeds my kids threw in a huge pot on our porch a long time ago. I didn't think about (or realize) the 10% male/90% female thing. I'll have to dig around for some info on how to sex them. Good to know. Thanks! How are the fruits? The ones you get from the store here (Sweden) don't taste of anything. Zero flavor.
Unfortunately windixies papayas (brookes tropicals from belize) are most likely GMO. Now you are growing and eating GMO and pollinating other papayas in our beautiful S. Florida. This really makes me uncomfortable with my papayas growing, knowing people are actually doing this. Atleast your showing people how to grow their own food from seed, it would be great if you educated them and yourself about GMO. GMO = Genetically Modified Organism. And he's right GMO cross pollination is a big concern w/ Papaya among other plants in FL and EVERYWHERE else. Basically, DNA of a completely unrelated species is "scientifically" added (IE: could not occur naturally) in hopes of the plant eventually bearing some favorable characteristic. It can eventually wreak havoc on ALL surrounding living organisms. Like what happened with Monarch butterflies when corn manufactures started getting "creative". Genetically Modified Organisms. A lot of the time GMO's are created to have round up ready crops, as in you can spray 4x-5x the amount of herbicides than normal, without killing the actual crop. saynotogmos(dot)com.

Do you ever just plant the seeds straight into the ground, so that transplant isn't needed? Also, when do you feel is the best month to plant? I live in Fort Lauderdale-just moved here. Would love to know:-) Thanks, Stella.
If you pop the seed out of the seed coat and soak them in potassium nitrate a few hours, they will germinate much more quickly and uniformly. pretty self explanitory video. thanks! papaya is awesome, i grow them in Nova Scotia indoors until the temp won't go below 10 celsius at night, which is typically late June. They don't do well unless the humidity is high and insolation is strong. I just posted a video that is a walk through of my yard with mature papaya trees. You can see it in my videos. thanks so much. i guess i will start...i live in southern mississipi, so i may need to cover it through the winter... what other kinds of trees do you have. Hey paradise Tech, did you keep your papayas in containers, or transplant into the ground? I am, planning to do a roof top container garden using those 5 gallon, self watering containers. I imagine I'll have to support these when they get bigger. how long does it take to get fruit from seeds? I heard it was around 9 months.
- I do not grow them in pots, I transplant into the ground after they get about 12 inches tall or so, and I think 9 months from seed to fruit is about right, maybe more like a year. When I remove my trees (after they stop producing) the roots extend 8-9 feet from the trunks. I don't over think Papayas at all, here in my region, they grow like weeds! :). Yeah they grow like weeds here in the Caribbean also. you can see the plants sprouting up in different places. ironically, as common as they are, the fruits sell for a lot of money, compared to some other fruit. I love papaya shakes, we cut the fruit into chunks, then place them in freezer bags, once frozen, we put them in the blender, some water or milk is added, bit of sugar. and presto! some add evaporated milk, ( instead of sugar ). anyway Ill try and grow some in a Earthbox-. I live in the city and do not get much sun at my house, but the rooftop at work is all mine :) so I plan on doing tomatoes, peppers, papaya, and maybe passion fruit ( let them grow up the satellite antennas lol ). have you tried the Red Marador papayas? seems these may work better for me in containers as they grow low to the ground, and are quick to produce, ( possible 7 months from seed ). - I know what you mean about them being expensive. They can go for $7 per fruit here in the US. CRAZY! I usually eat them with lime and sugar...my favorite! I have two large ones on my counter just waiting to be eaten for breakfast!Hiyas again, I have a couple questions I believe you can help me with, how long before the papayas flower from seed? and how tall are they when they start flowering. my plan is to plant 2-3 seeds in a pot and remove all but 1 hermaphrodite. I will be using certified red maradol, I know they can grow big but they start off producing very low and soon. they have a 66% Herm. and 33% Female chance. since i will only have to pots with these, id like them both to be Hermaphrodite. - Since i will be using in pots Ill treat them as annuals or biannuals, once they are too big, ill have a replacement. supposedly these certified red maradol can produce fruit from 7 months from seed. and as low as 14in from the ground. ( according to Aloha seed in Hawaii ). also they are somewhat decease resistant, and very sweet and red lol. what varieties are you growing? u should turn themintobonsais ucan turn almost any tree into a bonsai just prune it wen its the size u want n trimthe roots wen they fillthe hole pot thats wat im gona do. Technically Papaya is a shrub, there is only 1 main stem, they do not usually grow any branches, so you cannot "train" a papaya into a bonsai, I assume that by having them in pots, this will stunt their growth, I will let them do their thing, until they are too big for the container, then start over, the best bet is to get a variety that starts producing when plant is small. My first papaya tree was seed from a Publix fruit. Don't remember where. Out of a dozen or so I planted, only 3 sprouted. Two survived the first few weeks. After about 9 months, one died. The other outgrew my largest pots, so I planted it right in my little yard. It's less than 7 feet tall but it has dozens of small fruit around about. Whatever I did, I want to do it again, if only because the little tree looks really cool with so much fruit (except for the wood brace I had to put under).wow is it that easy to grow papaya trees? I'm pretty new to growing but I thought most seeds needed to be dry before planting. About how many papaya trees came up in your pot? I hear that red papayas are self pollinating and don't need other trees to produce fruit. You can dry them or do them like I do either way works fine. I have not seen a difference in germination between wet or dry. Papaya trees are not self pollinating they would need a male to produce fruit, but you only need one within a 5 mile radius. I have never had a problem with pollination...My trees are now about 2 feet tall btw.
How many papaya trees did you get to come up from this? I read that "red papaya trees" are self pollinating, it is really funny when I was looking it up, they call them homo-sexual trees in Australia. Are you growing the yellow papaya trees? Do you know if there are any different nutrient benefits from the different colors of papaya fruits, I was unable to find any information on it. I got about 3 healthy tall trees from all those seeds. Yes the "red lady" variety can be self pollinating, but not always. I saw better yields when once I had a male in my yard. The red lady variety can produce both the male and female flower at the same time! I have better luck though when planting the seeds directly in the ground, its quite funny when months later (during the wet season) I will find a patch of papaya seedlings that I forgot about!a Hawain grower replied The best papaya seed is, when the fruit is riping on the tree. if your lucky you can get just the ripe one that you may use as seed. Scoop the seed and put it on a dry news paper, do not expose in full sun. Let it dry for about 2 to 3 weeks. Have small( 3 to 6 inches) plastic flower pots filled with potting soil.Insert 3 or 4 papaya seed ( 1"), wet the soil and cover with plastic foil, make few holes in the foil for oxig.you don't clean them off first?? I usually wash them really well, then put them in a bag and mush off the outer membrane, then wash them again and spin dry them.. complicated but yields good results. no wonder your papaya trees are big and lush, you live in south florida!! i live in east coast canada, and mine do well, but not well enough.Well, the seeds are doing great! And the rains are starting to fall so they will go into the ground soon. Regarding pollination, papaya seeds are 90% female to 10% male. There only needs to be 1 male within 5 miles of the female. I have a male in my yard but I grew papaya for years without one. I saw no change in po;lination, I get the same amount of fruit!I've put a whole bunch of seeds in a pot, (eventually they will go in the ground) now I see that the whole pollination process needs to happen. So, when do I separate the male and female plants for good? How do I know when to permanently isolate a female that I think might have been pollinated? what do I do with the male plants? get rid of them? Will the female tree always fruit?, or does it have to be pollinated every season? if u can, make another video and explain 4 stupid people like me :).
Comments about this video: papayas don't like to be transplanted so try to sow the seed where they are going to live in. oh yeah and they need good soil because they're heavy feeders... as long as you keep them happy they'll return the favor by giving you fruit almost all year round.I'm so glad I watched this video. I just collected some seeds and was wondering if I could plant them in a container. Now I know. Thanks.I have started a couple dwarf varieties also, I am starting them in large pots, so that I wont set them back in transplanting. also, one of the plants is in a fabric breathable pot, the other in a normal nursery container. Do you have an update on your papaya? We started ours almost the same time, mine are around 4 weeks. where did you get your seeds? are they from a store fruit, or you get them online?I got them online from Roberts rare and giant seeds (dot) com I bought 5 seeds and they said they are 85% germination rate on the package but I only planted 2 so far :). Hope they do well for you, I also started 2 containers, 1 cont. has 2 plants, but will remove one and keep the best hermaphrodite. I may plant a couple more, but need to find some space, my back yard is getting like a jungle. but i do love papaya milkshakes :). I am going to try to grow my own papaya tree! Hope it works.. Did you just plant all the seeds in or did you put one seed in each pot?. Hi, Jose. I planted a few papayas in a small container. As they grew, I transplanted/separated them. It's best to allow them to grow a few leaves before transplanting when the stem/trunk has hardened so it doesn't break so easy. (Sorry for the late reply :).
i put some in a pot and boom.. have i have 5 and flowers! too bad is winter and i grew it this spring!
HAHA! I Just took a video of My Papaya to upload...lol.. and now i look and you just uploaded one... :) I will put mine up next week :) Your plant looks like it is coming back strong :) Nice to see.
