The Natural Colon Cleanse
Dual-Action Cleanse is the ultimate colon cleanse formula available on the market today. The idea behind a colon cleanse process is to eliminate the toxins which have built up in your digestive system. The detoxification processes of a colon cleanser treatment are so important to maintaining a healthy balance in your body that many doctors consider it to be a key to personal wellness.*
Dual-Action Cleanse's formula is specifically designed to help the body rid itself of accumulated waste such as mucous and undigested matter that can become built up in the colon.* Eliminating this waste prevents toxins from being absorbed by your body and gives you a sense of increased energy.* Some of the other potential benefits of a colon cleansing may include a decrease in gas or bloating, more radiant skin and hair, and an overall trimmer appearance.*
The natural herbal formula of Dual-Action Cleanse has changed hundreds of thousands of people's lives by cleansing the digestive tract of harmful toxins.* Your body will function at its very best so you can look forward to feelings of increased energy and vitality.*
Colon Clear Formula
Slow infrequent bowel movements may cause fatigue, bloating and overall sluggish feeling. Colon Clear contains a proprietary blend of 22 fibers and herbs to enhance peristaltic action and support your digestive function (promoting 2-3 bowel movements per day). This natural action tones and cleanses the colon while eliminating unnecessary toxic build-up. Colon Clear delivers such ingredients as Psyllium, Alfalfa, Pau D'Arco, Oat Bran, and Lactobacillus Acidophilus in a proprietary blend to enhance elimination of built up toxins and waste matter. Colon Clear should be taken every 30-days, followed by a 30-day "break," and is not intended to be taken on a constant basis.*

Apple Pectin - A soluble fiber that binds with bile acids and promotes their excretion.
Apple Powder - Contains both pectins and lignins. Lignins are thought to act as antioxidants.

Q: How long does Dual-Action Cleanse take to work?
A: The formula should begin to help increase the frequency of your bowel movements within the first week or so.* You will notice your bowel movements becoming more consistent and comfortable.* You may also begin to feel trimmer, less bloated and notice more energy within the first week.*
Q: Can I take Dual-Action Cleanse if I am taking medications or other supplements?
A: While our researchers are not aware of any adverse interactions between Dual-Action Cleanse and drugs or other supplements, it is always best to consult with your doctor or health professional regarding such questions. Since the formula affects the digestive system, make sure that you consult with your physician if you are currently taking medications or are being treated for a medical condition, especially any digestive disorders.
Q: Will my bowel movements or stool change in appearance when taking Dual-Action Cleanse?
A: Yes, this is perfectly normal. Most people observe that their stool may have a different color or change in shape and consistency during the cleanse. If your stool is wellformed and tends to float, then you know that the formula is beginning to work.
Q: Can I take Dual-Action Cleanse while pregnant or nursing?
A: DO NOT use this product while pregnant or nursing.
Q: Can young children take this product?
A: Dual-Action Cleanse is not suitable for children under the age of 18.
Q: Will Dual-Action Cleanse have me running to the bathroom all the time?
A: The gentle cleansing process should not interrupt your daily life.* During the first few days taking the formula, you may experience more frequent bowel movements as your body gets rid of built-up waste material.* Dual-Action Cleanse can help you feel light, energetic and trim.* In contrast to typical laxatives (which cause loose, watery stools as they liquefy the contents of your bowels), Dual-Action Cleanse gently stimulates the digestive process.*
Q:Is there anything else I need to know about Dual-Action Cleanse?
A: The product contains Cascara sagrada which belongs to a family of plants containing compounds that have laxative effects. Because of this, it is important to follow all package instructions and warnings regarding this product. With continual longterm use of more than 30 days at one time, Cascara sagrada may lead to dependence or could interfere with diagnostic imaging procedures of the colon. When used as directed, Dual-Action Cleanse is designed to naturally support the detoxification and elimination pathways of the body.
1. Drink plenty of water. Eight to ten glasses a day helps to keep toxins moving through the body, making them less likely to collect in the bowels. Fluids also soften stool, helping to prevent constipation.
2. Cut down on alcohol. Try to stick to one drink (women) or two drinks (men) a day, maximum. Alcohol can inflame your stomach lining and make key digestive muscles sluggish.
3. Eat moderate portions. Skipping meals can lead to excessive hunger, which then results in overeating and stress to your digestive system.
4. Don't skip meals. Large meals may overburden digestion, since your body has a limited capacity to produce digestive enzymes. Try five to six smaller meals a day, rather than two or three large ones.
5. Relax while you eat. When you're calm, you tend to chew your food more completely and your digestive muscles contract and relax normally. That means they'll be more apt to keep harmful toxins moving out of your body.
6. Get regular exercise. All it takes is a brief 20 to 30-minute brisk walk a day. Sustained physical activity stimulates your intestinal muscles, helping push waste through more efficiently.
7. Avoid tobacco. Nicotine from cigarettes, pipes, cigars and smokeless tobacco can increase acidity in your stomach, causing digestive discomfort.
8. Use medications cautiously. They can slow your digestive and elimination processes. Narcotic painkillers (like codeine, Vicodin® and similar drugs) can cause nausea and constipation, as can many blood pressure drugs. Follow your doctor's directions if you are taking medications, and talk to your doctor about the best ways to avoid these side effects.

I got a sina uv gel kit from ebay and every time i open it i get very dizzy with the strong smell i don't think that this is healthy i going to get rid of it.
It is good for beginners , it is really flimsy and not as clear as other gels and m this primer stinks horribly ! Hi. Does your primer smell like vinegar? I purchased 3 of them, and they stink like vinegar. I was wondering if I got jibbed. Lol.

Comments about this video: so i've been sitting here trying to get my Sina gel to set for like two hours. It did NOT work at all. I ordered my lamp from a chinese wholesale site and I'm guessing its a led light and maybe the gel not set with led. I'm so bummed. I guess I need to order a uv lamp. However my lamp works great with my soak off gels. Some gels, like soak off and gel polish will work with an LED...it depends on the masker. The Sina gels I believe only cure with UV lights,.
i bought this Lina Gel too , Led lamp doesnt work . I think this Lina Gel is just working in UV LAMP .
Wow, that's really cool! So, then it must be Sina!!! Everyone loves to correct me on here, telling me it's Tina, Fina, Lina, etc... Now that you mention it I probably am putting it on kinda thick. I've only used it a few times but everytime it Burns a little. be careful that the burn does not turn into an allergic reaction. I used this stuff last October and it has triggered an allergic reaction in my fingers. Now I can even use acrylic L&P without a reaction. I would NEVER use this cheap and nasty stuff on my clients. You get what you pay for!
I think I read that the uv gel nails can be set with led light. But it takes 30 seconds only setting time, each layer. But please do a search on google to check this out and confirm it. I read it on an ebayers page and they gave instructions on setting it with an led light. I hope that helps. Lee x. LED lamps are not able to cure all UV gels/polishes. You will have to check your specific products to verify if it is compatible with both UV and LED lamps. If it is compatible, the LED lamp will cure in about 30 seconds where the UV can take up to 2 minutes on the same product. However, all UV lamps can cure all UV products, whether designed for UV or LED lamps. The cure time will depend on the wattage of the lamp though.Hey Vianney quick question: is safety an issue with the Sina brand UV gel? Do you have to worry about MMA like in acrylic powders? Thanks :). I have only used it on my toe nails, and have had no issues. I really don't know what's in it, but I don't think MMA is found in gels. Ask the company for a MSDS... I bet they don't have one = probably should not use the product because they are full of nasties!I don't know everything about gels, but this system is pretty basic. The pink and the clear do the same thing, they just have different coloring. You should build up your nail bed in pink (I just used clear throughout). I have only used this stuff on my toes, and have no cracking or lifting. It lasts for weeks!! Maybe you need to cure it longer, and apply it thicker. I use the sina gels all the time, I found the best thing when opening a new container is to cut a small square of the sealer paper in the middle as the gels do creep outside the jar. I emailed the seller and asked how to stop this from happening and he said to put it in the fridge. I do use rubbing alcohol and not the cleanser that comes with the gels in the kit. Hope this helps.
hey,i bought the same sina/lina gel and i am new to uv gel so i wanted to ask..in the begenning of the video you dip your brush into the cleanser..is that nessesary??and if so,why do you do it?
I don't remember what I did, but I probably felt that the brush had some left over gel from previous use. When you used the finger trainer, did you use a full cover acrylic or just a tip? I'm learning how to use gel, but I was thinking of doing designs on full covers for temporary wear. Just bouncing around ideas of how to keep the full cover on the finger form without using nail glue...my uv gel is reli sticky do i use a brush to put it on and also do i put it on before the nail polish or after?I've had a NIGHTMARE with this kit - it just does not set.. When I use the Sina Cleanser Plus, it takes off ALL the gel! I am SO fed up with this. I tried curing it for 2 mins, then 3, then 8 then 10 on separate attempts. Can ANYONE advise??????? Thanks Kirstie =) x. I had the same issue: i used the cleanser, which took off a lot of the gel and didn't work as i hoped so i took rubbing alcohol and it took the stickiness away. i know you have to use rubbing alcohol after shellac so i tried it after curing the gel and they're perfect now. Let me know if it works for you. I've been struggling with what to do, stay with acrylic or start using the gel. Its tuff because I have so much already invested in acrylics. Well I finally gave in and got a 36 watt lamp so I can give the gels a shot.. But I am curious as to why you are using it only on your toes, is there a reason for this preference? I am just trying to weigh all pros and cons before I put to much into gels. Thanks,. I don't trust how well I would apply it on my finger nails, I'm more comfortable with acrylic. It works great on the toes...last for weeks and still looks great!!Have you tried it with the "poppits" yet? And have you used the gel polish? I have heard lots of good about the polish but again I already have so much invested in reg polish its hard to switch lol. Do you know if using regular polish with a gel top coat works? Sorry for all the questions :). I have not tried it with dual forms, I saw a video on it and it looked like a pain!! LOL! Whether you can use a uv gel top coat with polish depends on the brand. I don't know much about them, though.Beautiful.. I just got that kit from eBay and it got here today :) do u ever use gel on your nails...I bought on Ebay this Sina UV gel, but I'm not satisfied, because the clear gel has been yellowed after the using UV lamp :((( your not girls? oops ye im not sure what the name is its either lina or sina lol but thats the one i use in the video lol. and can i ask does it come out very thick for u? and do you get the heat spike under the lamp?also do u use a primer and what is the name of it? :). yea it does come out thick, if im in a rush and i put a massive blob on there it burns like crazy but ur really supposed to put a thin layer on an just keep building to how evr much you want so yea it only burns if there is to much on the nail...i use medina primer if look up the seller celia-makeup on ebay they have the gel and primer and a few other bits and pieces in the package u can get for $12 :) hope that helps.
is the lina gel good i wanted to get some cuz it don't cost as much as the other kinds but some people say they get lifting with it. Check out my "rockstar" toe nail vids, I use it on my nails and it is awesome! I have had this toe nail set on for over 3 weeks and absolutely no lifting!! Application and things like primers will affect if a nail lifts or not, so IMO, it's that that causes the lifting, not the product.I haven't used this stuff to make a nail set, but I have used it for rockstar toe nails, and it's great!! No lifting at all.Love it I wish you can do mines and I pay you that nail look good you did a good job by being your first time. HEY HAVE YOU TRIED GEL NAIL POLISHES YET? CURIOUS HOW YOU THINK THEY WORK/IF THEY ARE WORTH IT? This is just straight nail polish that you cure.. let me know wht you think if you have found any decent ones in ebay. I have, I have used the Gelish and Red Carpet, or something like that. I love them! They work really well, too well, b/c I end up getting bored with the color after a few days and they last weeks!!!hi i have lina gel an i like it but it do not cure under my uv lamp to good it is a 9w but it was a cheap one so that may b the cause of it. I also have some of the gels lime.and I had the sensation of overheating only with that light pink gel.anyway,I prefer acrylic:).very pretty glitters!!! Wow, I just used the clear with some glitter on my toe nails, and had no problem!! I'll keep that in mind for the pink gel! That is the perfect gel to start and try, but it is also try-phase gel, the clear one is only base gel and have to build the nail with the clear pink or builder and the last step is apply top coat. I have a video in my channel showing how to apply this kind of gel, if you don't mind I will send it as a video response, thanks for sharing ^_^. You are very welcome, that is a gel I tried 2 years ago to start and I did not use anymore, now I have my own gel which I use for my salon and in my videos, hugs :). Oh and also about the heat spike... I've been working with gels for years, and the heat spike is from all gels, I've used Star Nail, OPI , IBD, lcn, young nails and etc.. It happens when you put a thick coat, it is caused because of how quickly it cures in the uv light, you feel the gel harden quickly it's more like a stingy heat , and never last more that 4-5 secs, at least that's been my experience with it :). Thanks for the info, I just did a toe nail set last night, and had no sensation of anything!! That was awesome, I love the way they came out!Hi I noticed you said it looked yellow, and I just want to tell you I used the Lina one at first due to it being cheap, and I needed to practice and I also noticed it would get yellow the more coats I did :( lol but Now I use only IBD I love it and it never gets yellow :) just thought I'd share that, and thanks for sharing :). Thanks!!! Great info! The set I did last night, I did with the Lina gel, and they look great. I felt like it was easier to use than the IBD, but I think it's because it's so much thicker I can handle it better. I'm sure with practice, I will love the IBD, too! There is no smell with gel!! That's awesome, but you have to file it off. I prefer soaking nails off. Other than that, I don't see why you can't use them. Maybe you want to ask your doctor. Me encanto!! Despues subo el video!! LOL!! I know, my hubby was like "I know you didn't put that bunny on there." He knows, I'm not a fan! But it was cute for my fake finger!! I kind of liked the gel, I just did a set on my toes, and loooove it! Te kedo bonita ..dijo yo tampoko e tratado el gel nunca ..pero se ve bien :) parser la primera vez, saludos amigita besitos ..Gel is my love! I am trained & licensed in acrylics and gels and don't even offer acrylics because GEL GEL GEL is so amazing! If you want your glitter to be more opaque you can either of course mix it in (which is what I do for nails so I can get a perfect smile line) or for glitter toes I dump the glitter on than shake off the excess, however I do this after the gel is cured because there will be an inhibition layer (tacky) that the glitter sticks to.I am thinking I like this gel stuff!! LOL! I tell you, I buy-return, buy-return, etc... I really like it. I just did my toes with the cheap Sina gel, and they came out awesome!! Next time I'll do the "dump" method you speak of!! (:.

October 19, 2013. Sina Uv Gel - Luuux (http://www.luuux.com/beauty/sina-uv-gel) This summer I decided to start doing my own nails, due to previous nail damage and being unsatisfied with local nail salons.
Comments about this video:
I also got those sina gels but iam not so sure about the qualitly as they are from china and very cheap... I dont know if they are damaging your nails?! Did you never had any problem with this gels? My starter kid also includes a rose gel i guess its the builder gel because its viscous. Do you use it aswell or are you only working with the clear gel for everything? Anyway :) great video love your work :).
Great Video!! I just ordered this kit and the seller said they are soak off gels so i am a bit confuse. will see when i try the kit.
Hey, Do you need a nail bonder ( IBD) with it.. I tried it on a friend , did a nail extension with a form.. however after less then 1 day, it started bending ( changing the form). I used nail forms.. Help ! can you tell me what i did wrong ?
Finally a full video on using Sina product^^, now I got more confidence with this brand. How long does does it last? Hopefully you can do video using mild-east brand next time, and tell us what you think of it. You are the best in nail vid-blogs. Is it a must to have uv tops coats and base coats when using this brand?Hi which is this lint free wipes u use, thy r cute lookng. Please let me knw where I'll get thm. Gr8 video. Always beautiful nails.☆☆. Thank you so much for doing this video. I have white gel and have always wanted a french manicure and couldn't figure out how to do it without making a mess. You made it look so easy and uncomplicated, like painting on nail polish. I use this and love it...yes it is cheap but it is a good gel..toy can get lifting early if you have your hands in water soon after doing your nails..I tend to do mine b4 bed...the only thing I don't like is the dull finish unlike the IBD but I like it... Because of your gel/acrylic videos, I have been able to grow my nails finally! Thank you for your awesome videos. =) I have had this brand for a while and haven't used it because it was to inexpensive to buy I thought it wouldn't be great quality. But I am gonna give it a try now. ^___^. Great video ! I have this Gel in all the colors . I have been practicing with it . Mine seems to be thicker than yours . Maybe because it is cooler in my nail studio . I like this Gel too and I'm happy to see you do a review with it . I'm excited to be practicing with Gels mores . Gels are very tricky ...Are you home now ???Thanks for responding. I'm a big fan of ur vids. I love IBD no burn, no lifting a very shinny.. thanks for sharing all ur knowledge.. :-). I used this gel once and never again!!! It BURNS in the uv lamp. Lift after 3 days, its cheap but in my opinion bad quality. almost all gels will tend to burn to some degree in the UV lamp . I have had this gel on for over 4 days now and no lifting . Application is key with every gel.Although this is not the highest quality gel that I have ever tried,it does hold up pretty good so far. Sometimes extra prep work is key with lesser grade gels I think. That's all good, but I'm afraid to mess with gel nails or acrylic nail. Could you please do more natural nail tutorials?

Comments about this video: and one more thing lol. I liked the sina gel. It wasn't too hard to work with. It was not too hard to get off my nails when I needed to. I found out that I need to store gels right side up so you don't waste it when you open it. Mine arrived upside down. Darn you mailman lol. I didn't know until I read some pro sites. We have to experiment. I paid for acrylic nails a few times and it was $25 and peeled off in less than a week. I can do better myself.Diy. do your own acrylics or just uv gels only? have u tried gel nail polishes that r out there? i see they are more and more at local drug stores like CVS & Walgreens. For UV gels, (I'm a newbie and only know what I've read lol)Pros don't like this Sina brand saying it's cheap. I would say try NSI balance. The cleanse (liquid you use to take off the sticky layer) is purple my fave color and smells nice. Only thing I want to add is a top coat. I used the Sina one a few times. Love the shine but it got sticky in bottle fast. No heat spikes(ouch) with NSI. When I do the match it only costs a few dollars to do my nails. It lasts me months. Sorry so long. HTH :). haha me too! i can imagine more advanced ppl & nail techs probably wouldn't sing the praises of Sina. I will definitely look into NSI balance. True, Sina Top Coat got pretty thick after a few uses. Heat spikes? yes, it lasts a long time. It was surprisingly easy to work with especially my first time out. I had my reservations but was pleasantly surprised. I do want to try different brands of uv gels to compare & contrast. I was a dire hard acrylic nail wearer for many years. Girl yes they talk about it like a dog. Similar to how some ladies talk about bss weave. It depends on your budget and needs I guess. Sina it's overly horrible. It's good to learn with. I like the NSI, easy to work with. Sina is good learner's uv gel, so i guess it serves a important purpose, huh? When i get paid, i gonna order that NSI kit u mentioned & check it out. u think so? i tried individually sending pics of the back panel but for whatever reason they were not received so..i decided to do the vid. Alot of ppl said they didn't have this in their kit. Wow, i haven't checked out their website..yet, haha. I should of, don't know why i haven't. They are the only brand of uv gels i have tried so far so i don't have anything to compare them to..but i found them easy to work with thus far. And u? NSI? never tried them. do u recommend them?
Great that you took the time to post this. I have seen the company's website. They hav have serveral other products that seem good. However I don't see them on ebay or other sites. How do you like the gel? I just ordered it again. I have also used NSI. I have learned to store it upright so it doesn't get messy. by the way, i'm deeply honored u checked out my channel & vid..i simply luv your channel! Do u have any other recommendations, product wise, for UV Gels? i would luv your feedback!Hey Queen, love the name btw. I like NSI though it costs more(professional). Even so I think the biggest thing is practice. I've gotten better at my technique and it lasts just as long as the nail shop (even longer actually)people think I went to salon so that makes me feel good that I can show my nails in public lol.NSI balance gel trial kit on ebay for about $12-15 enough for about 12 applications so still good. It has primer, clear builder and finish gels, cleanse and instructions.oh really NSI has a gel trial kit on Ebay? now, i'm definitely gonna try it out! thanxs so much for the info. hey do ya having any vids with ya doing them? i'd really enjoying see them.
Comments about this video:
I don't remember it having a smell, or a strong smell. The "stinky" primers are old school primers, most of the newer ones don't have a strong odor.
Would you recommend these particular brand of gel, I have done a bit of research on the internet and got a little scared of all the negative comments about using cheaper gels. If not which ones do you recommend?
It's always great to be cautious. I have used this on my toe nails to do rock star toe nails and love it! No problems. if you want something from the states, IBD and NailiteInc have great gel products. I have the top coat but when I go to use to it won't cure right I feel like sometimes I cure it for too long or sometimes not enough how long do you think I should cure it for in an12watt lamp so it will come out shinny? I don't know, I only have a 9 watt and 36 watt lamps. I think they changed the formula, because it is getting more difficult for me to get the top coat right, too.
Do you have anything negative to say about theese products? Do you know how long they hold? Im not sure if I should buy them or not :P. Mmm, these types of gel are called monophasic, I believe, where it does not soak off. It has to be filed off, there are newer gels that are triphasic and can be soaked off, etc... Whenever I have worn them (mostly on my toenails), they have lasted for weeks with no lifting.Okay do you know aprox how many weeks? 2? or more? :) (when you had them om your hands) Thank you for anwsering!I haven't had them on my hands, gels are considered a long term nail option. So, I can't ever keep anything that long on my nails due to the videos I make. They should last 2 weeks before they need a fill to make them look nice again. Well, I just bought all that stuff you have in your video. :-). And cheap too!! Cant wait to try them. I like the gel cause i can put it on my natural nails without adding a tip!! Love my gels. Just got to practice on not getting it on the cuticle! Yes! I am starting to really like gel, too! If we do decide to have another baby, I'll probably be doing that bc of the smell of the acrylic. Hey do these gels pop off for you i know it has to be filed off which is good right lol so it dose not pop off i tryed this years back now that i have been studying gels i want to do them what do you think of this how do you like the sina gel. I bought the kit and I just tried. The gels are pretty good but the top coat didn't come out clear and shiny.. It was just blur.. Can you help with that? Ok I'm having a problem with my gels leaking out of their containers!!! I have them still in the box they came in but where they are there is gel all over the place. They are tightly closed and out of any sunshine!!! HELP!!!!
Wow that's so much help! I ordered a starter pack, can't wait to try it out! I had a quick question though; what type of lamp did you use? UV or LED? I think the one I have is a 9 watt LED, but looking into buying a more powerful one, what would you suggest to use with this brand of gel? Thanks for sharing the tutorial :). I'm very happy to have helped! I used a 36 watt UV lamp. I don't know if this stuff cures with an LED lamp. This will cure with a 9 watt UV, but will take longer to cure.I bought myself a kit but my primer in a package like gel. and it is good? please someone answer me as soon as possible. Gurl I ordered this and what a nightmare for me I guess it's kind of a hit or miss situation my package took forever which I can understand but the package was all broken up things were empty and sticky because stuff spilled and omg getting in contact with them what a hassle I found them on Instagram and posted a picture of the mess that I received and finally got a response we'll see they're suppose to send out the items that were empty.
loved the look, ive ordered somethings but don't know what to do with them, I bought a uv gel primer (it is actually gel not liquid), could you tell me do I put this on first then just start to build or do I have to then put on the base coat.
I'm sorry, I don't know a whole lot about gels. Some state they don't need a primer, so you may not need it. I would practice on a fake finger first. I love doing nail art but i have only done it with regular nailpolish and i am going to buy some of those products,i wasnt sure before but now i am! Thank u so much, this video was very helpful! Thanks so much for this video just got my kit today and tried it while watching your video step by step and I really liked the results. I've got this kit but mine didn't come with primer. I was just about to start doing my nails when I realized that I didn't have any primer! What happens if I don't use primer? They usually don't come with primer, I used a separate primer that I already had. Supposedly, with gels you do not need to use primer, but you might find that they lift quickly. Can you create a tip with a gel on real nails like you did on the practice hand? I would rather have gel tips than those plastic ones that have to be glued on. Yes, you can create an extension just like the first part I did, and then do whatever you like after that. Well...I finally took the plunge and have bought a gel kit and 36 w lamp. I'm just waiting for it to arrive. My brother gets married on the 20th and Ive handmade EVERYTHING for it including invites with boxes, place cards, favours, setting arrangement board, guest book and tonnes more. But now that I have this starter kit on its way...guess who is doing the bridesmaid's nails too? Lol. I can just about apply nail varnish so this could be a disaster, heehee. We'll see. Lee x. LOL! Youa re too funny. All of the gels I have tried have been really easy to use and file, so I think you will have a good time with it! Watch lots of gel videos between now an then! (;. Hi vinney... I'm thinking of buying a gel starter set which would you recommend? looking between the nailite and bangood sets. Also, would the soak be better than regular gel? Thanks :). Hi, you know for ease of soaking off, I would recommend the nailite basic gel set. The colored gels I got from banggood are awesome for the price and variety. I usually break the nail down, then file down the rest. I've never taken a nail off of this type of practice hand in one piece.I have this gel stuff and i bought acrylic stuff to try out but it is so hard to do. You make it look soo easy!!Thank you, it just takes practice. I practiced with the gel a lot on a fake hand before I ever tried it on my actual hands. Pero el gel que estaba en la botella si se necesita curar.I have purchased lina gels through ebay and I hve no complaints on the product. I believe I use 2 much of the gel topcoat because I brush it on just like how u did, and it appears to b ok, but once I put my hand under the uv lamp, the gel topcoat spreads 2 the creases and cures. What did I do wrong? I've experienced that with my IBD at times, too. It needs to be applied thinly, and make sure there are no oils on your nails.
This was a great tutorial Vianney. When you say that you have to file this gel off rather than soaking, is there nothing to help remove it once you file down closer to the natural nail? Love the design you did too, its so pretty. Lee x.
Thank you so much, you just have to be most careful...it wants to flake away so it's easier than it sounds.
gracias por responder! yo compre esta marca pero los geles me vinieron muy espesos, que puede hacer para ablandarlos? Deben ser espesos, pero no tanto que no se puedan usar. Me das más información sobre la problema?hey there :) merced again. i checked out the site banggood and wow! very reasonable! i was wondering what your thoughts are about uv vs. led curing lights are. I'm wanting to give gel nails a try because i like how long they last but if I'm going to dump a lot of cash i would love to get some advise first. you have so much experience yhst i thought I'd hit you up. thanks in advance! you rock!I would buy the best and brightest lamp I could afford. As far as LED vs UV, it depends on the brands of gel polish or gel you'll be working with...some work with either lamp, some only respond to one or the other.great review Vianney I like it. I've heard a lot about sina gel . loved the goodies you got from banggood ;). I've used it on my toe nails and it was really good, I don't see that there would be a difference on my hands. I really enjoy watching your videos. They're very thorough and I like that you articulate with every step for the viewer. I started using this brand because it's affordable. My first set lasted 4-full weeks without lifting (using the exact steps you suggest). They looked a little tattered where the growth area is but no brittleness or lifting. Thank you for all the time you give to us. :D. I'm so happy to hear that! I have used the clear one with glitter on my toe nails, and just like you said...no lifting at all even after weeks! If it was me pronouncing it i'd call it Sina..but I read somewhere that it was supposed to be pronounced Fina..I don't see and F so ive got no clue! lol. thanks for this ive been curious about doing gels, but not quite ready yet. You did a great job with the application, can't wait to see the review for the color gels. Thanks for sharing. how do you keep your nails so healthy after removing your acrylics. even when I soak mine my nails are still brittle, split and cracking. I'm sorry, that's pretty much my suggestion. Soak them off, use a good base coat, and apply lots of cuticle oil several times a day. I don't take vitamins, but eating the right things helps, too. Sorry, wish I had better tips.

Comments about this video: They work okay. Definitely not a high end brand, but it's good to learn on. I actually don't think gels are for me, so I only use the gel to attach crystals/rhinestones to acrylic nails, if I do a bling nail (covered in gems). TFW! Let me know how these work for you! I have this kit also unfortunately I get a rash all over my hands every time I do someone's nail with it. Product is decent too bad it doesn't agree with my skin. Oh wow! I know how allergies goes. My cousin's skin around the tops of her fingers peel when she gets her acrylics done, even if I don't apply any liquid to her skin (too much exposure can cause your body to create an allergic reaction!) Is it all gels or just this one? Just curious! TFW! I can't remember ...but I thought that I left you a comment saying that you should not cleanse the gel layers until the last layer . Also , that gel polish was the same way too . Did you get the comment or did I pm you about it ? We all are learning ...all the time ! :). I don't think so? I'll check my inbox again, maybe I missed it! lol I couldn't remember if you needed to cleanse before or after, I've seen it done both ways haha.I love this stuff! Glad you liked it. If you do use them on yourself, don't clean the tacky layers between coats, until the final coat. (:. I was wondering about that! lol! This is one of the first times I've ever used gels so I'm definitely not an expert lol! Thanks for the heads up about the tacky layer..I've seen it done both ways, or not explained at all haha. TFW!
LOL! Yeah, no explanation vids drive me crazy! (: If it works wither way, then...who cares! That's what I say! LOL! lol!! I don't even know if I'll keep doing gels, but we shall see! This is okay I guess for a set to play with! You know, I use this gel on my toes, because it stays forever, no lifting, and I just sandwich a glitter mix in between. Look great! Really? I've always wanted to try that! I know YN does a rockstar toes series! I may give this a try! I've done acrylic before (just a very thin overlay not extensions!), and I got a pedicure...Well, they'd been on for awhile, and a few of them came on while I was soaking my feet! LMAO!!!!! They lady was like "uhmm...do you want me to glue this back on? I'm so sorry" lol!!!!! I just about DIED! haha At first she thought my whole toenail fell off and was floating around haha! That's too funny! I have a few "rockstar toe nail" videos that use this gel, they might help.Hey girl, love the review and I want to go back to gel or better add it again. Quick tip,if u should do it on a person, don't remove the first tacky layer it will help for the gel to be easier worked with-) BTW I get a whole new set of brushes!!! Thanks to you! Lol. I for the life of me couldn't remember about the tacky layer! lol! Gels aren't my thing really, can you tell? LOL!! Yay so happy for you! I feel like a kid at christmas when I get new brushes! haha! TFW!
Not complaining or anything, its just a tip. Try not to touch the preped nail or even the cured gel in between layers because that may cause lifting due to the oils that our hands carry. Good review ty for sharing.
If this was on a person, I wouldn't touch anything, but since this is just a review on it, and technically not lift from a practice nail, I wasn't as careful. Thanks for watching!
Nice video. You may need to change the bulbs in your lamp. I just watched one of JapanNailsAndMore video: Real Nail Talk Episode #4. She said if it don't cure in the time it's suppose to you may need to change your bulbs. I bought my lamp from Ebay and my gel cured like yours did. And when I say that video I decided to go and get some newer bulbs and see if that works if not. I will cure 3-4 min.
I was thinking that myself. It still cures everything else though, but I got this used from a friend, and one of the lights is out. It's sadly the port, not the bulb on one side. STill, it cures Glaze N Go and other UV top coats pretty quickly! I think it ended up curing in 4 minutes or so, but thanks for the tip! I think it's time to replace anyway, TFW!
You did a good job with the gel!! Like you tell me, practice, practice, practice!! You're going to be just as awesome with gels as you are with acrylics!! The nail design that you're sporting...are they decals or did you do it by hand? Either way, it's super cute and really cool! Thanks again for another awesome video!! ~Meredith :-D.
Thanks! This was just to play around with, I don't know if I'll ever seriously do gels as a full set. We shall see! Actually it was just painted on! Just some easy leopard print for 4th of July. I think I've changed my nails twice since I shot this lol! TFW!
